Tray Gastronorm (GN) according to EN 631 This bucket can be used for cooking, freezing, repair, thawing and food distribution.

GN have to be pre-established measures, which allow use in electrodoméstricos and equipment such as ovens, refrigerators and trolleys measures without problem.

This bucket is the 1/3 model which corresponds to 325x176 mm long by wide. Available in four depths or height: 20 mm, 40 mm, 65 mm, 100 mm and 150 mm.
