Description

Cuvette Gastronorm (GN) according to EN 631 standard. This bucket can be used for cooking, freezing, repairing, thawing and distributing food.

Being GN have pre-established measures, which make possible their use in appliances and equipment such as ovens, refrigerators and trolleys without problem of measures.

These cuvettes / trays can be placed in ovens. Only its use in long-term conditions between the temperatures 425ºC and 860ºC is not recommended. Above and below that interval is no problem.

This cuvette is of model 1/6 which corresponds to 176x162 mm in length by width. Available in four depths or height: 65 mm, 100 mm and 150 mm.
