Presser meatballs and burgers with a manual but very automatic process. It has a container to put all the meat to compress. This allows burgers more quickly than with manual machines, for there to be adding the meat with every new burger or meatball is done.
This machine is available in different models to make hamburgers (MH models) or meatballs (MA models), and also in different dimensions. We can thus speak of mini burgers with a diameter of 55 mm or croquettes.
You may also choose optional courses, to perform different diameters burgers or meatballs. For example, you can acquire the model to make burgers MH100 100 mm dish 2PA55 but to also make mini burgers 55 mm in diameter.
The thickness of the burgers is controlled depending on the pressure applied, up to 40 mm (4 inches).
