INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Begin cooking the omelette in the deep fry pan. Whten the bottom half is done heat the other pan with a few drops of oil, fix the tow pans over the deep fry pan, turn the complete product over and continue cooking the omelette in the second pan until ready.
SPANISH OMELETTE RECIPE:
- 4 eggs, 4 medium-sized potatoes, 1/2 onion, salt and oil.
- Slice the potatoes and the onion into small pieces and gently fry together until soft.
- Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl and with a spatula add the fried potatoes and onion to the beaten eggs taking care no to add excessive cooking oil to the mixture. Mix well until the potato begins to absorb the egg, and salt to taste.
- Remove the cooking oil from the deep fry pan leaving only a light film. Heat the frypan and pour in the potato-egg mix. Complete cooking the omelette folowwing the instructiones for use on a low to medium heat setting.
