Ham holder with base made of black PE-500 polyethylene and hardware made of AISI-304 stainless steel. Fixation using four wing nuts, thus obtaining perfect anchoring of the ham, its design allows for easy and comfortable horizontal cutting. For greater safety, it is equipped on its base with four non-slip silicone feet.
Suitable for contact with food, this ham holder model is also washable, included in the dishwasher. Although its abusive use, at temperatures above 60º, can deteriorate the shine of its components, due to the aggressiveness of the detergents used in them.
