Description

Base holder made of ham and supports in stainless steel food. It is therefore hygienic ham and suitable for contact with food, besides being easy to clean.

Sliding system or tilting type, with lever lock to set the tilt. It allows to fix different positions that the ham needs for the different zones and cutting stages. Axle slide on the base.

Secure grip in V shape for rear area.

360 degree rotating head. This allows the ham to be completely rotated with a very simple movement and to position the leg without having to remove it from the ham holder.
