Low pan with aluminum cover with stainless hands. Aluminum is a good conductor of heat and light in weight, porlo warming rapidly and uniformly, and is easy to use for its weight.

Pan made of 99.5% pure aluminum with athermic handles and handles in 18/10 stainless steel tube.

It can be used on ceramic hobs, electric and gas. Not for use in dishwashers
