Meat grinder Braher P-32 Steel

Mincer Braher of brand, made in stainless steel 18/8 but the bowl group may be chosen in stainless steel or with worm housing and nut in anodized aluminum.

This model has a blade grinder Enterprise system. This system presents as a characteristic blade allows only simple shear. It is possible to add the option of cutting two-way rotation.

Motor power with three phase 230/400V and 2 CV, although you may choose it with option three phase 3 CV.

Capable of producing about 400-450 kilos per hour.

For improved hygiene and cleanliness, the mouth group (bowl group) is removed easily so you can clean it with great comfort.

Peripheral has forced ventilation system. This helps the machine to maintain a low temperature during operation, allowing it to operate without overheating and preventing the cutter burn.
