Being a smooth surface without pores, the food to be cooked does not get stuck, nor does it produce difficult residues to clean. We can cook with little oil and even some foods, without oil. With the special ceramic-ceramic scraper (Cutter-Cutter), the residue is easily removed, thus being able to meet different foods such as meats, vegetables, fish, etc. without mixing the flavors. Cleaning
The glass-ceramic "Glass" griddle is the least porous material on the market, even less porous than hard chrome. Being a completely smooth surface without pores, the cooking and cleaning is excellent. For optimal cleaning: u use only suitable products for glass ceramic cleaning. It is also convenient to use an appropriate asqueta to the glass ceramic (type "cutter", wide blade of about 10 cm), with them we will be able to remove any residue hooked getting the surface of the glass ceramic is clean. Then pass a wet cloth to remove the remaining waste particles.
The glass ceramic griddle is arranged on singing channels, leaving the surface safe from any residue or any cleaning product that may contaminate the food.
