IMPORTANT MAINTENANCE NOTE:

• Appearance: Cast iron is a porous material. Through regular use and contact with fats/oils, it is normal and functional for the part to darken, developing a natural protective layer.

• Cleaning: DO NOT wash in the dishwasher. Harsh detergents and high-pressure hot water strip the iron’s protection and cause immediate rusting. Cleaning with a dry or slightly damp cloth is recommended.

• Oxidation: Avoid leaving the part in contact with water or moisture. If rust appears, clean the area and apply a thin layer of mineral or food-grade oil to restore it.
