Our technicians access your equipment remotely and solve problems.
This service does not guarantee the resolution of all problems as there may be Hardware problems.
In the case of corrupt databases, they will be recovered remotely and will be sent repaired within 48 hours.
This service will be attended from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3pm to 5.30pm. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
In the event that you do not speak Spanish, you would have to send us an email explaining the problem and we will access your team.
