The hand potato cutter is a practical and convenient industrial machine for cutting potatoes. Rented for restaurants and communal kitchens.

Lightweight stainless steel body, lightweight and sturdy. Both the control and the screws are made of stainless steel.

The elongated shape of the lever allows optimum performance with minimum effort.

According to the blade and press used, it makes cuts of thickness 8, 10 or 12 mm. It makes an elongated cut of the potato, type match, juliana and cane.

The legs are equipped with suction cups to secure the machine to the support.

Design approved by NSF International, the Sammic manual potato mower is very easy to clean.

Underneath the machine is usually placed a bucket (maximum 1/1 of 150 mm) to drop the potatoes there. Bucket NOT included.
