In this press, the meat to be compressed must be added with each hamburger / s to be made, thus being a way of making manual hamburgers. The pressure is comfortably exerted from the horizontal bar along the entire front of the machine.
It has an accessory on which the meat mass is placed in order to easily remove the meat after pressing.
This machine allows you to make hamburgers with a fixed diameter of 10 cm, although with an oval shape, not being a perfect circle.
