Gas Fryer desktop with vats and exterior finish stainless steel AISI-304 (18/10).
This fryer is made of a piece of drawing a single stroke, without joints, welds or burner tubes inside. This prefaces equipment life and reduces the number of incidents.
The exterior finish and the lid has fully registrable sctoch finish front.
It also has a front drain cock for each tank, to drain the oil and debris. This faucet also has a safety device to prevent accidental opening.
