Description

Marker for the permanent label incorporated in gastronorm sealants.

It allows to identify the constellation in each hermetic and to preserve the information associated with it, such as the date of preparation, conservation, origin of the food ... Complying with the Traceability Regulation Ref (CE) 852/2004 and Reg (CE) 178 / 2002 regarding food.

The ink is not extreme, permanent to friction and condensation in cold and freezing chambers, and is easily removed with water.
